Those who have been fortunate enough to win the lottery and secure their spot in the kitchen have been allocated the dates below when they will be responsible for producing the evening fare for XCstravaganza. As always, the Chef de Cuisine for each evening is entitled to enlist the assistance of anyone in camp so please come prepared to lend a pair of (clean) hands in the kitchen if requested.

Details of the missing provisional menus will be updated here as soon as they are made available. There will, of course, be vegetarian options available every evening. This does depend, however, on campers making their dietary requirements known. If you’ve not completed the Dietary Requirements form please do so as soon as possible.
