Many of you will know that we recently had an opportunity to
spend a long weekend in Amsterdam with my folks. We stayed in the American
Hotel (naturally) which was ideally
situated and very comfortable. |
| This was our first trip to Amsterdam and we enjoyed it
immensely. The museums and art galleries are excellent and the canal side
houses are very picturesque. Fortunately, the weather was very kind to
us and we enjoyed just strolling about, trying to avoid being run over
by any number of bicyclists. |
