Lake George - 2002
As mentioned, some were particularly accomplished sunbathers by the time the fortnight had passed.
Others waited somewhat forlornly for their loved ones to return from wakeboarding, taking comfort from the occasional bottle of beer.
Still others made themselves right at home.
When the Brits arrived, Greg insisted that they should do some strenuous mountain climbing as well. So, he marched them up to the top of Mt Defiance overlooking Fort Ticonderoga. Fortunately, it's a paved road almost all the way to the top.
Fortunately, the British contingent had read their orientation pack thoroughly and arrived on the first morning resplendent in their official Lake George Holiday Uniform.
Later in the week Greg and Penny visited Shelburn where Penny found the perfect place for keeping him out of mischief.
