Penelope Ruth and I visited London the other day to begin the process of acquiring our visas for our proposed trip to China and Vietnam this summer. |
| After concluding our business, we visited Somerset House which not only houses the Courtauld Gallery but which also has a fabulous fountain in the courtyard. |

Although the weather wasn't brilliant, the kids loved the fountain. |
| However, we could not persuade the lovely Penelope to dash through the fountain for love nor money. (Not even my offer to strip down to my underpants was sufficient incentive). | |
